Advocacy

Our advocates accept instructions as Counsel, to advise or to appear in Court, both from solicitors firms and from qualified litigators employed in industry or public service.

We also accept advocacy instructions directly from lay clients.

Clients usually opt for the two roles of Solicitor and Counsel to be performed by the same lawyer so that they have continuity throughout.  This always saves the client money.  In some cases it is necessary to instruct outside Counsel.

Our information technology expertise allows us to keep our fixed costs low.  As a result and without compromising standards we are able to take a higher proportion of advocacy instructions on a ‘no win no fee” or fixed fee per hearing or per advice basis.

We are always ready to constructively discuss fees and payment so that we can fit the cost to the client and the case.

Your fees will always be explained to you and agreed in advance.
